How far is Willow Lake from Lexington and Staunton?

Willow Lake is conveniently located two (2) miles from I-81 and I-64. It is approximately twelve (12) miles from Staunton, Va. and fifteen (15) miles from Lexington, Va.

Who maintains the common areas?

The Developer currently maintains all of the common areas including the Lake.

 

How many phases are proposed for the subdivision?

There are a total of three (3) phases proposed. We are currently marketing Phase I with Introductory Prices.

Is Willow Lake convenient to shopping & other attractions?

Willow Lake will be minutes from a chain grocery store proposed for construction in early 2009 as well as banks and drug stores.  The historic communities of Lexington and Staunton both offer a multitude of dining choices, galleries, specialty shops, The Virginia Horse Center, The Blackfriars Shakespeare Theatre and much more.

Is it possible to choose a lot and a plan for a custom home?

Absolutely! We will connect you with Our Builder to work out the details of your new home.

Can I use my own builder?

Of course! You may select your own builder. The builder must adhere to the Architectural Review board requirements as well as covenants / restrictions.

What Utilities Are Available?

All lots have immediate access to public water & sewer.
All electric and telephone lines are underground.
